EuroAm recognises that each project should offer maximum benefit to the community for which it is being developed. To this end EuroAm will ensure that the work is undertaken by the local populace, incorporating both existing contractors and emerging contractors. Where skills must be acquired EuroAm will facilitate this training. A project of 5000 houses would typically employ around 2000 persons per year.
